Additional Covid-secure tickets will be available on the day of the performance. These unreserved seats are located in the Crossing and will be priced at £10 each. The seats do not have a view, though we will have a large screen to give you a view of the performers. Separate queues for these seats will be at the Cedar Tree door from 7.30pm. After purchasing your tickets, a steward will direct you to your seats.

After reaching no.1 in the classical charts with her latest album, TIME, Jess Gillam performs music from the record with a small ensemble made up of an incredible group of musicians from a wide range of musical backgrounds but with roots in classical music. This is a night with an electrifying programme designed to inspire you to reflect, dance and smile!

This promises to be an explosive concert designed to showcase the diversity, dynamism and versatility of the saxophone!

Jess is a young saxophonist who is blazing a trail in the music world with her outstanding talent and infectious personality. After performing as the youngest ever soloist at the prestigious Last Night of the Proms in 2018 and having her performance described as “the indisputable highlight” by BBC News, Jess continues to perform regularly across the UK and worldwide. She has been the recipient of a Classic BRIT Award, was the first ever saxophonist to reach the final of BBC Young Musician of the Year, and in 2019, performed live at the BAFTAs (British Academy of Film and Television Awards) to millions of viewers at home. She is also a presenter on TV and Radio. She became the youngest ever presenter for BBC Radio 3 and hosts her own weekly show called “This Classical Life”.
